The North East Lincolnshire Down's Syndrome Family Support Group may hold private data on our members and their families. This data is in the form of names, addresses, contact details and dates of birth. The data will only be used by the North East Lincolnshire Down's Syndrome Family Support Group and will not be passed onto third parties.
This data will only be retained and available to authorised members of the committee if you sign our GDPR agreement. If you choose not to sign the agreement or decide to remove your consent to us keeping your data, we will no longer be able to keep your information, or contact you, but you will still be able to be a member of the group.
If you contact us via email, telephone, text or Facebook, we will keep your details whilst that initial contact is ongoing but will ask for written or verbal consent to keep contacting you in this way.
